Position Responsibilities:

  • Make and receive phone calls to/from potential clients and determine next steps.
  • Record detailed customer information such as name, email, phone number, facility information and reaction to the call in CRM.
  • Ability to retain product knowledge and communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Input customer orders and build proposals for quotations.
  • Enter information into specific files or forms from recorded material, handwritten pages, or figures contained in printed files.
  • Check completed work or exiting information in CRM for errors or duplicate information and update CRM with correct information.

Position Requirements:

  • Preferred 1-2 years inside sales experience working in a call center and supporting outside sales team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong phone presence with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficient skill level and experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Must be well organized.
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively, collaboratively, and independently.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and co-workers.
