Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join and oversee our proactive sales team. This role involves strategizing to prospect new leads, initiating contact through cold calls, managing and running appointments, and effectively closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of SEO services and the digital marketing landscape, with a proven track record in sales within this industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively prospect new business opportunities by identifying potential clients in the SEO and digital marketing sphere.
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, introducing them to Digital Kings Networking and our services with the goal of setting appointments.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule, organize, and run your own sales meetings with prospective clients, demonstrating our services' value and how they align with the client's needs.
  • Sales Closure: Take full responsibility for the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate and client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationships: Build lasting relationships with new clients, ensuring they receive first-rate service and support.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed of the latest trends and developments in SEO and digital marketing to effectively communicate to clients and tailor services to their needs.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of our company.
  • Sales Team Management: Recruiting, Interviewing, and Training sales reps as the company grows. Must ensure team members are hitting quota within a short ramp up period.


Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, specifically in SEO or a related field in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas with little to no supervision.
