Responsibilities:
- Target new and existing clients through company leads to fulfill current business and future needs.
- Develop and maintain client and distributor relationships.
- Lead and manage a sales representative team (team of 4) to successfully meet sales goals.
- Successfully distribute products to clients.
- Contribute and take initiative in sales and marketing activities, executing business plans with team members.
- Conduct and/or coordinate sales, marketing, and training meetings as required. Attend all required meetings, events, and conventions.
- Travel as necessary to business meetings, seminars, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer sites, including potential international travel.
- Stay knowledgeable about marketplace products and analysis.
- Manage product inventory and logistics, including shipping labels, freight quotations, and shipping.
- Perform and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, and products that may impact sales efforts. Communicate relevant information with senior managers and other departments.
- Keep sales data up-to-date, import new data, pull data, update records, and perform necessary cross-checks.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
- Communicate decisions to others and promote a team atmosphere.
- Conduct oneself professionally and courteously.
Experience:
- 3+ years of successful sales experience focused on B2B and B2C (preferably with large medical or imaging equipment).
- 1+ year of management experience leading a sales team.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn advanced technology in the medical field.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in organizing documents and maintaining a clean working space.
- Ability to maintain respectful relationships with associated staff.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient computer and MS software skills.
- Knowledge and proficiency in sales customer software (such as CRM).
- Ability to travel within the U.S., Central, and South America.
- Bilingual – English/Spanish (Plus).
