Area Sales Manager

PTSolutions, a leading industrial tools supplier in the Midwest and one of the Top 100 distributors in the United States, is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, and Phoenix, AZ market.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the sales functions of the assigned region, driving team performance and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, aligning local efforts with corporate initiatives.
- Mentor and develop sales associates, providing training and coaching to enhance their sales techniques.
- Provide regular reports to the management team on sales team performance and progress towards goals.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of experience leading a sales team.
- Proven track record of driving teams to sales targets and goals, with a strong understanding of the distribution industry.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
