Job Description & Responsibilities:
Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality Facilitate patient care by making nursing assessments and diagnoses
Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

MUST HAVE:
RN license, BLS (AHA) or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.
Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire.

Education & Experience Requirements:
2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute care Med-Surg RN experience within unit required
BSN is preferred
