As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room Float Pool, your responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the advocate for patients and their families, ensuring privacy and confidentiality are upheld.
  • Conducting nursing assessments and making informed diagnoses to facilitate patient care.
  • Delivering care based on established plans while demonstrating a commitment to ongoing improvement.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Registered Nurse - Emergency Room Float Pool

FLOAT RN - ED

Full-Time NIGHTS

To qualify for the Registered Nurse position in the Emergency Room Float Pool, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience in an Emergency Room setting is required.
  • Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida or be eligible to obtain licensure prior to starting.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred and must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
Skills and Certifications
At least 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience is required.
Must hold a Florida RN license (or from a COMPACT nursing state) and obtain Florida licensure.
BLS and ACLS certifications are essential.
A minimum educational qualification of a BSN is required.
