Position Summary

We are seeking Registered Nurse candidates for our Critical Care Unit Float Pool. The ideal candidates must fulfill the following essential qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience in a Critical Care RN role
  • Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida or be eligible to obtain it prior to employment
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred, with a requirement to obtain it within 6 months of hire
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
Compensation Details

Shift Differentials: $3 for night shifts and $2 for weekend shifts

Required Skills and Certifications

Essential qualifications include:

  • Minimum education of BSN
  • Active licensure in the State of Florida
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • At least 2 years of recent acute care experience in Critical Care

  • Acting as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring privacy and confidentiality
  • Conducting nursing assessments and diagnoses to facilitate patient care
