Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ER RN to join our Float Pool team. As a Float Pool (ER) RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality emergency care to patients across various units. You will serve as a patient and family advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality, while making critical nursing assessments and diagnoses. This role requires a commitment to continuous improvement in patient care.
What You Will Do in This Role:
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality.
- Facilitate patient care by making nursing assessments and diagnoses.
- Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute care ER RN experience within the unit is required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required.
- Current BLS certification is required.
- ACLS certification preferred, required within 6 months of hire.
- BSN is preferred.
