This position does not involve people management but requires strong project management skills. The successful candidate will be an expert in the field, offering guidance and support to our clients while acting as an escalation point for ongoing engagements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the planning and execution of security engagements, ensure quick and effective action in case of security breaches and cyber threats, and manage the communication process with affected parties.
  2. Oversee all technical aspects of security engagements.
  3. Manage all aspects of engagements. Work collaboratively with clients to return to normal operations and ensure that future risk is minimized.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients on all matters related to cyber security. Regularly interact with clients and provide timely and actionable responses to their inquiries and concerns.
  5. Escalation Management: Act as the point of escalation for ongoing engagements, address the complex challenges that arise during the engagement lifecycle, and ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Project Management: Manage cyber security projects from inception to completion. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cyber security field, with a focus on incident response and recovery.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of current cyber threats, defensive measures, and incident response protocols.
  • Excellent customer-facing and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain calm under pressure and manage complex situations effectively.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g.. GIAC, CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are highly desirable.
