Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Lead, you will:
1. Provide architectural guidance and development leadership to the product team.
2. Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to ensure alignment with the defined architecture.
3. Lead the team through Agile practices, focusing on emergent design while adhering to architectural standards.
4. Utilize your expertise in design, integration, and architectural patterns, particularly for complex enterprise-scale systems.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Over 8 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of coding, testing, and debugging processes.
- Extensive experience with enterprise-scale platforms and architectures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proven leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with migrating monolithic applications to cloud-native environments.
- Proficiency in CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business partners and technical teams.
- A solid understanding of Java/J2EE technologies and experience in deploying ECM solutions in the cloud.
Technical Skills
The candidate should have hands-on experience with:
- Microservices and event-driven applications.
- Full stack development, including technologies such as Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and AWS services.
- Tools like Git, Maven, and Docker.
- Document management capabilities, including document generation and OCR.
- Experience with Quadiant Inspire and IBM FileNet is a plus.
Tools
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, Slack, Teams, and Zoom is preferred.
