CULTA is currently looking for our next Pre Roll Specialist to join our diverse Post Harvest team As a Pre Roll Specialist you will facilitate pre-roll production. These duties consist of sorting of finished flower, smalls and shake, operating automated pre-roll equipment, stickering, labeling and boxing unit-based inventory, cleaning and sanitization of equipment.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sorts all Source Packages, separating top tier flower from smalls and shake.
  • Operates automated pre-roll equipment per manufacturers recommendations and internal Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintains logs for production, maintenance and cleaning and sanitization. Communicates directly with Grow Packaging supervision and leadership.
  • Applies strain stickers, potency labels, and any supplemental warning label language to exit packaging, ensuring the highest degree of compliance prior to shipment.
  • Boxing of all unit-based inventory.
  • Assists in cleaning of post-harvest spaces.
  • Ensures safety guidelines are followed in accordance with MMCC rules and regulations and internal Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Recognizes and report any quality or safety issues in the cultivation facility to Grow Packaging leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Must be over 21
  • Must be able to work onsite
  • Must be able to pass State of Maryland and FBI background checks
  • Must submit a urine sample for drug screening
  • Works efficiently, manages time effectively
  • Pays close attention to detail
  • Able to identify problems with harvested plant material
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and guidelines (PPE, OSHA, MSDS)
  • Possesses the physical strength and stamina required to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time
  • Ability lift 20 lbs
