We’re looking for someone with:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Crystal clear phone lines and no background noise for phone interviews.
  • Confidence in communicating with people from other cultures as we hire team members outside the Philippines.

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Dropbox.
  • Recruiting or Human Resources experience (preferred).
  • Patience and persistence in handling a fair amount of rejection (sometimes, you talk to dozens or even hundreds of candidates before finding an ideal match).


What you’ll do:

  • Work directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager. This is to ensure understanding of requirements and expectations of a job. Once TAS has a good understanding of the position, he/she can effectively assess applicants.
  • Source candidates. To effectively target the right candidates for the job, TAS will source and recruit candidates using a variety of platforms and through varying outlets like job postings and social media. TAS also recommends creative ways of sourcing talents.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates. TAS will shortlist candidates, schedule all interviews and then prepare and advise candidates beforehand. He/she will also review online profiles, resumes, cover letters, and assess interview performance. TAS must also complete all pre-screening and screening activities for applicants which may include reference check.
  • Assist with the hiring process. In order to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, TAS will update recruiting documents as well as assist in scheduling the NHO.
  • Continuously improve the processes. We are growing and along with it are processes that need to be improved. TAS will suggest ways to improve Talent Acquisition processes in interviews, assessments, background checks, and other recruiting steps.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends. Must have in-depth knowledge of the industry in which we recruit.
