The AV Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting audiovisual technology in numerous classrooms and event/conference spaces in multiple buildings on the Harvard campus as well as for remote teaching and learning. This role may be engaged in video productions, live streaming, video conferences and live audiovisual event support. Ensure presenters are aware of technology and ready prior to the start of events and presentations. May monitor ACV systems and processes, tracking and reporting on trends.
