We are currently hiring for a Account Manager to be part of our Customer Care Group team. 


Summary

Under the supervision of the VP of Operations, the Account Manager is responsible for build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their client contacts, always striving to find the products which best fits the individual needs of the clients and explaining the reports generated. The Account Manager will also aid internal departments by collecting information such as testimonials, recommendations and problems encountered by the client and complaints, and identifying industry trends that effect the success of the services we offer.In this role, success is driven by metrics and key performance indicators, providing a clear framework for achievement and growth. We are seeking candidates who thrive in a metric-based environment and are motivated to exceed objectives and drive results.


Essential Functions:

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to client needs, feedback and account notes.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Identifying industry trends.
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the client experience.
  • Oversight and management of lifecycle of client orders
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, including KPIs and client feedback
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to align services with client needs and company objectives


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong computer literacy skills are a must.
  • Knowledge of principals and processes for providing exceptional customer service, including client need assessments, and meeting quality standards for services.
  • Excellent active listening skills – able to give full attention to client communication, taking the time to understand client needs, asking questions for clarification.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information in writing or verbally in a precise manner
  • Strong ability to plan, prioritize and accomplish work, and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to handle all assignments accurately and with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in navigating metric-based work environment is essential for success.


Requirements

  • Experience in the CRC processes and adaptability in training.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
  • Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
