Position Overview

The Warehouse Receiving Clerk will be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy in inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse & testing lab and ensuring our products are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities of Warehouse Receiving Clerk
  • Receive, inspect, and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments.
  • Record and manage inventory of received items accurately.
  • Ensure proper labelling and storage of goods in the warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with other warehouse staff and management to streamline processes.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
  • Operate warehouse machinery and equipment according to safety protocols.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues with shipments to the appropriate departments.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) PREFERRED 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping.

Compensation
  • Salary range: $16.50 per hour
  • Merit based increase available in 90 days
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Additional hours or weekends may be needed at times
