We believe each employee contributes to the success and growth of our Company. Job Summary Experienced Warehouse Clerk responsible for performing warehouse work related to receipt, shipment, storage, distribution, or delivery of parts and materials.  Loads, unloads, moves, or stores items according to delivery or routing documents, or supervisor instructions.  Operates a hand truck, forklift, or other heavy equipment.  Ensures products, parts, or supplies are shipped, distributed, or received in an efficient manner.  Maintains the warehouse clean and organized, and in line with the company’s professional image and standards. Takes precautions to secure warehouse contents against loss.  Evaluates inventory on hand.  Prepares or reviews distribution documents.  Ensures sufficient levels of packaging/shipping tools and supplies and keeps warehouse equipment in ready-to-use conditions.  General Accountabilities●                   Shipping/Receiving: Receives incoming and ships outgoing materials, products, or supplies. Counts items received or shipped and checks against packing lists, recording any discrepancies. Prepares receiving or shipping reports and notes any shortages or damages.Improve timeliness or reduce costs. Documents shipping or receiving information.  ●                   Picking/Packing: Performs work to stuff or load products, parts, or merchandise into designated packages, boxes, crates, or other receptacles. Counts items placed into containers. Reviews packing lists to ensure all required items are included.  ●                   Material Movement: Handles material and product to maintain appropriate flow. Documents incoming and outgoing materials and supplies. May utilize material handling equipment.Removes shipped materials from delivery vehicles and moves to designated storage area. Incoming shipments will include products, parts, or raw materials. Examines receiving documents for storage destination. Pulls stored materials for orders and moves to the shipping area. Documents information relating to receipt, storage, or distribution of materials.  Operates a forklift for moving or stacking materials. ●                   Forklift Operation: Use of gas or electric powered forklift to load and unload, moves or stack materials or products. Stacks or piles materials in a safe manner at the specified locations. ●                   Inventory Control: Performs activities to monitor and maintain inventory control of merchandise or materials. Evaluates inventory levels and notifies purchasing agents when reorders are necessary. Conducts annual inventory. ●                   Order Processor: Receives and processes orders for products or merchandise by email, phone or in person. Completes order transaction and fills orders. Provides pricing and availability.  May research and rectify customer problems.  Computer skills required. ●                   Ad-hoc and other Duties: Answering phones, taking messages, filing, assisting service manager and project manager. Requirements
●                    Education: Associates degree or technical school; or ●                    Experience: 2 years of related experience.●                    Forklift operator certificate. Skills●                    Proficient in MS Office.●                    Excellent written and verbal communication.●                    Service orientation.●                    Organization and follow up skills.●                    Time management.●                    Self-motivated.●                    Active Listening.●                    Negotiation.●                    Social Perceptiveness.

Work Environment 
●                    Office setting and unconditioned warehouse.●                    Required to stand, walk, bend, lift, carry and reach with hands and arms.  ●                    Occasionally climb, balance and kneel.●                    Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.●                    Occasionally required to move more than 100 pounds.●                    Required to push, pull, twist, turn, talk, hear, reach above the shoulder and/or outward, and drive power equipment.

Position Type
●                    Full Time.●                    Non-Exempt.●                    Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL.●                    Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (60-minute break for lunch).


Compensation and Benefits

●                    Pay: Hourly salary.●                    Paid time off: 6 sick days, 10 vacation days, 2 personal days and 7 holidays.●                    Health insurance:  100% company-paid employee-only and 50% of dependents’ ●                    Short term and long-term disability insurance: 100% company-paid employee-only.●                    Vision insurance: employee-paid vision insurance, employee-only. ●                    Dental insurance: employee-paid dental plan, employee-only.●                    Retirement plan: Eligible after 2 years of employment. 100% match up to 3% of total compensation.
