Position Summary:

The Project Manager assumes leadership of internal projects and task forces, guiding them through the intricate landscape of enterprise-wide projects. Entrusted with the strategic orchestration of multiple and/or expansive initiatives, they meticulously plan, execute, and manage each endeavor within established timelines and financial parameters. With a keen eye for detail, they adeptly assign teams, craft comprehensive project plans, provide transparent status updates to both clients and internal stakeholders, and uphold rigorous quality control standards throughout the project life cycle.

Compensation:

The initial pay range for this position upon employment commencement is expected to be between $85,000.00 and $145,000.00 annually, translating to $40.87 to $67.71 per hour. However, the base pay offered may be adjusted based on individualized factors, including the candidate's education, certifications, skills, and experience. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, identifying tasks, timelines, and resource requirements, and adapt plans as needed to meet evolving needs.
  • Manage multiple and/or large projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project scope, goals, and schedules, fostering teamwork and stakeholder acceptance.
  • Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, promptly addressing project issues and escalating concerns to senior management when necessary.
  • Assign resources and schedule project workload, identifying available resources and collaborating with team members.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
  • Effectively manage project scope changes, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for solutions.
  • Demonstrate ability to create comprehensive project plans, effectively communicate with clients, facilitate meetings, and identify and address issues.
  • Keep project team informed of organizational changes that may impact project outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness, and initiative in completing tasks.
  • Read and comprehend moderately complicated documents, including contracts.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet internal and external customer needs.
  • Handle various situations professionally and adapt to change.
  • Create professional documents with proper grammar, punctuation, and readability.
  • Use office equipment such as computers, copy machines, scanners, and telephones correctly and safely.
  • Maintain knowledge of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Safeguard all confidential information to which you have access, whether in physical or electronic form, and refrain from disclosing it to unauthorized individuals, both within and outside the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of Project Management experience.
  • Project Management experience in healthcare environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related filed or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired; Scrum/Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Possess strong understanding of healthcare business and business processes.
  • Ability to develop strategic business cases for departmental or project specific initiatives.
  • Proficiency in process improvement and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, TCM, Six Sigma, etc, required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey project information to superiors and articulate ideas within the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; adept at building rapport and establishing positive relationships across various organizational levels.
