The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and managing wastewater treatment plants, water distribution systems, and environmental compliance initiatives. Essential Job Functions Lead the design, planning, and implementation of water resource projects, with a focus on wastewater treatment plants and water treatment facilities. Develop and execute project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance to ensure project success and professional growth. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including environmental scientists, hydrologists, and regulatory agencies. Ensure projects adhere to industry standards and exceed client expectations. Education and Experience Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related field California P.E. license in Civil Engineering Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on water/wastewater projects. Proficiency in industry software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling software. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
