Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a significant current book of business to join our team. We prefer candidates who have closed 15+ files per month on average over the past 3 calendar months. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the title services industry, excellent marketing skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the title services market. Leverage existing relationships to expand our client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Utilize Canva and other presentation marketing applications to create compelling marketing materials. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract new clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting tactics as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to inform business development strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the title services industry with a proven track record of business development success.
  • Book of Business: Must have a significant current book of business in the title services field.
  • Skills: Highly proficient in Canva and other presentation marketing applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
