This position will report to the Chief of Staff and work closely with the Director of Business Operations to ensure operations run smoothly. The successful candidate must be adept in data management, logistics, and operations, be excited about opportunities to learn and grow in their career and be able to execute various projects at a time. This position represents an opportunity to join an excellent team on the ground floor, learn a lot, and have a ton of fun as GRC grows

Candidate must reside in CA, CO or NV

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Operating/software systems administration
  2. Data entry and database management
  3. Assisting Safety, Fleet and HR with Reporting and Data Management
  4. Assisting HR, Safety and Fleet with Compliance Tasks
  5. Workmans Comp administration
  6. Travel Required: 10-20%

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong technical/business knowledge
  • Strong data management and time management skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Strong data entry skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Human Resource experience
  • Process and documentation orientation, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, etc.), Zoho, and project management tools a plus
  • Understanding of basic utility construction processes and terminology a plus
  • Demonstrated success at Remote Work
