Position Overview:

Mobile Clinic Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

The following duties and responsibilities represent the work performed by the incumbent(s) in this position and are not all-inclusive. The omission of specific duties and responsibilities will not preclude it from the position.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Mobile Clinic and case management teams in the homeless resources centers (HRCs).
  • Collaborate and coordinate patient care with all other FSC programs.
  • Provide education, supervision, performance management, and work quality control for the Mobile and HRC case management teams.
  • Work with the Director of Outreach to develop and execute Mobile and HRC strategic plans.
  • Responsible for monitoring key performance indicators and adjusting Mobile and HRC case management operations to achieve strategic goals.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to the Outreach Director for services rendered to the community.
  • Participate in interdepartmental and community-based meetings that pertain to Mobile and HRC case management.
  • Supervise Mobile and HRC case management staff, ensuring that the management and logistics of patient care are being met.
  • Evaluate the usage of care services and act as an intermediary to resolve any issues that may arise with patients.
  • Oversee supplies, PPE, and other inventory, as needed, to ensure its availability for service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other data privacy guidelines.
  • Provide regular updates to the Director of Outreach on the operations and status of Mobile and HRC case management teams.
  • Act as point person for communication between the Mobile Clinic and community partners.
  • Coordinate schedules with community partners and staff including organizing all Mobile Clinics.
  • Assist Mobile team with operational work including registration, lab controls, medication delivery, etc.
  • Minimal local travel as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, plus 2 years of work experience in a related field, or a combination of education and related experience.
  • Leadership, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid Driver's License in the state of Utah
  • Pass the necessary program background checks.
  • Excellent communication skills such as listening, speaking, and writing.
  • Experience with Excel, spreadsheets, and data
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a group.
