About the Role

As a Yard Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our storage and office units are maintained to the highest standards. This position involves leading a small team of yard workers, overseeing their daily tasks, and ensuring that all units are cleaned, repaired, and ready for rental.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of 3+ yard workers, assigning daily tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Ensure all work meets Mobile Mini's quality standards through regular inspections and sign-offs.
  • Complete and submit work orders for yard operations.
  • Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with safety policies.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the yard, ensuring it is free from hazards.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on storage units, including cleaning, painting, and minor electrical work.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in general labor and repairs.
