  1. Participate in the operating rhythm to drive the team’s engagement and development.   
    1. Attend the Weekly Level 10 Team Meetings.   
    2. Participate and receive the required amount of monthly training per Team Member.  {2.5 hours in 2024}.   

  1. Compliance with efficiency standards for the department 
    1. Using a list of former contractor accounts, new potential contractor accounts and existing contractor accounts, work to identify accounts where our services can help them grow, resulting in unit growth for the territory.  
    2. Capture and report competitive sales pricing for use by senior leaders for potential pricing adjustments.
    3. Facilitate and develop effective sales strategies to accomplish their goals so they can meet and exceed the Sales Objectives set forth. 
    4. Follows up on open estimates, projects, and weekly reports. 
  1. Research competitors’ products/marketing/sales techniques to be aware of current and changing market trends. Report all competitive information to Regional Sales Manager. 

  

  1. Innovate the Internal Customer Service Experience 
    1. Work with the BDM Team to grow the units sold in the assigned territories.  
    2. Make collection calls following the TCM process under a branch role, monitoring the accounts and notifying the BDM Team when they need to reach out to the account.
    3. Makes recommendations for company improvement. 
    4. Understands the unique code requirements for different areas we serve. 
    5. Understand the current delivery areas that we serve. 
    6. Collaborate with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials for your specific territory. 

  1. Innovate the External Customer Service Experience 
    1. Better current Contractors by educating and coordinating the services we provide.  
    2. Develop and execute a plan for improving the relationship with contractors in the territory through effective methods of connection.  
    3. Call, visit, communicate with assigned customers to rekindle or build a relationship between them and TCM. 
    4. Educate customers on how working with TCM serves their needs and work to obtain a sales opportunity from them. 
    5. Update CRM with notes, communication, and other data for the BDM Team to use when communicating with the Contractor. 
    6. Follow up after orders for ensuring completeness, satisfaction and developing the relationship to ensure the next order.  
    7. Oversees the daily sales function of an assigned geographic area.
