Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
- Work closely with the General Manager to promote and sell Tadlock Roofing to the New Construction and Multi-Family Industry
- Prepare precise and in-depth proposals for customers to describe offerings
- Maintain at all times an ongoing database of client information and work awarded or scheduled.
- Participate in local networking organizations to help spread brand awareness
- Maintain awareness of changes in the marketplace and how they impact new business opportunities
- Establish rapport and concentrate on building a trusting relationship with builders and Multi-Family partners
- Develop and implement business strategies to maximize profit and achieve goals
- Be updated with current market trends, policies and discover new opportunities
- Develop good relationships with Business Partners and Clients and ensure their satisfaction
- Additional duties as necessary or assigned
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseSkills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, reading builder plans and estimating.
- Proficient in using technology for lead management and communication.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
- Adept at building trust and rapport with clients.
- Has a positive attitude and wants to be part of a winning team.
- Over 2 years of experience in sales or a similar sales industry.
- Proven track record of identifying prospects and successfully closing deals.
