Job Description:

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager at Augmentjobs, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. You will lead a team of Client Relationship Managers, develop strategic client engagement plans, and act as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to address client needs, improve client satisfaction, and drive account growth.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of Client Relationship Managers, providing guidance and fostering professional development.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze client satisfaction metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance service quality.

  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with client expectations.

  • Client Insights: Gather and analyze client feedback to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client account status, performance, and growth opportunities to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related field.

  • Leadership: Proven experience leading and managing a team, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving client issues and addressing challenges.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with client objectives and drive account growth.

  • Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating contracts and managing complex client relationships.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing client data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and enhancing client satisfaction.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in client management or business administration is a plus.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with data analysis tools and project management software is advantageous.
