Administrative Assistant

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and executives.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee information, office expenses, and vendor contracts.
- Oversee office maintenance, including liaising with vendors for repairs, ensuring cleanliness, and organizing office space for optimal functionality.
- Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis as required.
- Aid in onboarding new employees, maintain HR-related documentation, and support HR initiatives as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other gatherings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant administrative role.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office suite) and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Manufacturing experience is required.
