The Position:

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator located in Orlando, FL office who reports directly to the Logistics Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all shipments (inbound and outbound) are accounted for, that all shipping and receiving documents are completed accurately and in a timely fashion and that all documents are recorded and presented to appropriate staff. You will also play a role in inventory control, facilitating internal procedures and act as a liaison between internal customers and vendors.


What you will be doing?

  • Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming materials.

  • Pull, prepare, and document orders for shipment.

  • Schedule pick-up and delivery of freight.

  • Create, maintain, and facilitate business relationships with shipping related vendors.

  • Contact customers/vendors/staff regarding any problems with shipment.

  • Check discrepancies between inbound and outbound shipment.

  • Answer incoming communication from customers and/or transportation carriers.

  • Perform physical inventory counts in warehouse as required.

  • Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times.

  • Provide local deliveries as needed.

  • Delegate tasks to Shipping/Receiving Clerk.

  • Provide daily reporting to immediate local manager.

  • Perform other activities and responsibilities as directed by the immediate manager.


What Experience, Skills and Attributes you will need to be successful?

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to speak and read English.

  • Ability to utilize computer and other office equipment (i.e., copier, etc.).

  • Ability to utilize material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, forklift, pry bar, etc.)

  • Ability to complete paperwork accurately and neatly.

  • Ability to analyze and calculate data using basic math skills.

  • Detail focused.

  • Ability to perform in high pressure situations.

  • Team player mentality


What qualifications are required?

  • 3 - 5 years' experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Background in Warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory.

  • Forklift experience (Certification preferred), material handling expertise.

  • Must be familiar with FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other shipping resources.

  • Working knowledge of domestic shipment processes and requirements.

  • International shipment experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

  • Must be organized, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have basic MS Office knowledge.

  • Proficient with email system such as MS Outlook.

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
