Position Overview:
Coke Florida is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team. This role will primarily operate during the overnight shift, with specific hours and days off as outlined in the job details.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, your duties will include:
- Training, mentoring, and providing daily guidance to team members.
- Building orders based on assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.
- Manually lifting and relocating products to ensure proper stock levels and date code accuracy.
- Adhering to established manufacturing practices and safety protocols.
- Providing backup support to the warehouse supervisor as necessary.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Ability to operate manual and powered pallet jacks.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
Physical Requirements:
This position is physically demanding and requires:
- Capability to lift, carry, and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds while performing various physical activities.
- Capacity to operate manual transport equipment with product loads over considerable distances.
- Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for manipulating various objects.
- Endurance to perform physical tasks over extended periods.
- Ability to read information in various print sizes.
- Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
- Adaptability to work in a hot and humid indoor environment.
