IT Generalist/ IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive IT support to all users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Oversee general networking tasks, including access points, wireless wifi, and Ubiquiti systems.
  • Support cloud services, internal phone system, and servers.
  • Perform hands-on tasks such as moving computers and carrying equipment (up to 50 lbs).
  • Participate in the budget process and manage equipment purchases.
  • Provide after-hours coverage and respond to critical system outages as needed.


Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT support roles, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365.
  • Certifications such as A+ or other Microsoft certifications are preferred.
  • Proficiency in general networking, Windows Server, Hyper-V, DATTO, and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
  • Strong project management skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with team management is a plus but not required.
