Compensation starting at $13.50 per hour

As a Nursing Support Specialist, you will receive comprehensive training to become a State Tested Nursing Aide (STNA) while earning a paycheck. This program is designed to equip you with the skills needed for a rewarding career in healthcare.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Promptly responding to resident requests
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in resident health
  • Participating in mandatory training sessions
  • Assisting with daily living activities and meal service
  • Maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Collaborating respectfully with the healthcare team
  • Exhibiting a positive demeanor and a passion for elder care
  • Demonstrating patience and empathy towards residents
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
