Job Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Processing: Record invoices, payments, and receipts; reconcile accounts payable/receivable.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain financial records; prepare reports and statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with payroll, data entry, and communication with vendors/customers.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies and assist with audits.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Experience: Prior experience in accounting is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills.
