Office Manager

DIRECT HIRE POSITION

$50k-$70k


Job Description

- Accurately input and update data into databases and spreadsheets.

- Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes using QuickBooks.

- Reconcile invoices, statements, and financial transactions.

- Prepare and maintain financial reports and records.

- Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Manufacturing Fabrication Support

- Provide administrative support specific to manufacturing and fabrication processes.

- Assist in coordinating production schedules, inventory management, and procurement.

- Maintain records of manufacturing processes, product specifications, and quality control.

- Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.

- Extensive experience with QuickBooks is required.

- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

- Bilingual is a Plus, or someone that would be open to learning Spanish.

- Experience in the manufacturing fabrication industry is preferred.
