The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, developing content strategies, optimizing social media platforms, and writing compelling social media posts.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and create social media calendar for various social platforms based on strategy including writing captions and creative direction to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
  • Setup and execute effective paid social campaigns using a variety of channels
  • Stay current on the latest industry trends to implement best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Day to day Community Management such as: engaging with our followers, responding to queries in a timely manner, and fostering a proactive community
  • Maintain brand standards on social media pages and profiles
  • Monthly Social Media Reporting by platform: Track and analyze for Deep dive into customer metrics, demographics, ROI, traffic and goal reporting
  • Moderate all user-generated content for each community
  • Evaluate and monitor competitors to provide recommendations
  • Assist with aggerating influencers and content creators and organizing product mockups and delivery to follow through on live posts
  • Bring a strong sense of creativity to the role, ensuring that content and campaigns reflect the brand's high standards. Attention to detail is paramount
  • Collaborate with marketing team on other projects as needed: Assisting in special assignments, projects or tasks may be assigned from time to time based on company or department needs.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of the current social media landscape and best practices
  • Proficiency with Social Ads: Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • HubSpot experience required
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent relationship management skills to interact with customers and influencers on social media platforms
  • Ability to adapt to the style, tonality, and vernacular of the current “voice” of the brand
  • Must be able to be productive and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously without being overwhelmed
  • Holds a goal-oriented and upbeat attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 4+ years proven experience in managing professional social media accounts
  • Extensive experience with major social media platforms
