  As a Social Media Coordinator at FreshFormDraft, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence. You will create and curate content, engage with our audience, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media strategies. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for social media and marketing who want to make a significant impact on our brand's online visibility. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, create, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions promptly and professionally.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
  • Conduct research on current social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice across all platforms.
  • Assist in creating visual content, including graphics and videos, using design software.
  • Stay updated on changes and updates in social media algorithms and tools.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting company events and product launches through social media.


What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a social media coordinator, social media manager, or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
