Job DescriptionJob Description

Our company is looking for a motivated and self-driven Business Development Manager who will join our ranks. The main responsibility of a Business Development Manager is to expand the company’s growth strategies, financial and sales gain, and customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include researching new business opportunities, trends, markets, and partnerships, developing and meetings set goals, and promoting products and services.

Our new Business Development Manager will prepare sales contracts, provide feedback to superiors and other team members, train and help new employees, delegate tasks to existing employees, and monitor their performance. Once you understand the basic needs of our customers, success is guaranteed. Your main goal will be to establish and maintain loyal and trusty relationships with clients, customers, and other parties crucial to the business.

Business Development Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns
  • Develop growth strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Promote the company’s vision, products, and services
  • Research new business plans, opportunities, trends, markets, and partners
  • Develop goals for the team
  • Ensure that business plans adhere to law-established rules and regulations
  • Provide accurate feedback to superiors and other team members
  • Prepare sales contracts and record sales, revenues, and invoices
  • Train and assist new team members
  • Delegate tasks to team members and evaluate their performance
  • Arrange and attend business meetings and conferences
  • Establish and maintain trusting relationships with customers and partners
Business Development Manager Requirements:
  • Dress for success; which means dress professionally.
  • Arrive to the main office on time each day that is required to work.
  • Must be optimistic, energetic, and professional with our company clients/customers, and co-workers.
