Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads, evaluate customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Utilize a customer-focused approach to inform customers about insurance choices through a needs-based questions.
- Build and sustain customer connections and provide necessary follow-up when necessary.
- Provide prompt, precise, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to coverage, eligibility, claims, and billing.
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing objectives.
- Exhibit a committed and relentless work ethic, consistently pursuing success on a daily basis.
