Business Development Coordinator Role

This position plays a vital role in the health of the business. As a Business Development Coordinator at Brandpoint, you will provide pre-sales support and drive top-of-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers. You will update and refresh accounts within Brandpoint's CRM systems, consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified meetings set, and shadow account executives and project managers to learn the business for future succession planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive top-of-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers.
  • Update and refresh accounts within Brandpoint's CRM systems.
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified meetings set.
  • Shadow account executives and project managers to learn the business for future succession planning.
  • Enthusiastically participate in continued sales training development and skill improvement.

Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in sales preferred but not required.
  • Experience and/or interest in sales, business development and/or marketing.
  • Advanced problem resolution skills, organization and communication abilities.
  • Confident in mastering new software and technology like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Desire to grow within an organization that shares similar values.
  • Lifelong learner who loves training and can be coached.
  • Proven history of discipline and grit.
