Business Development Representative

We are redefining the fleet management industry to prioritize people and business, delivering a superior client experience. As a New Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in our continued growth and market expansion in the fleet solutions industry.
About the RoleYou will receive industry-leading product and sales-specific training, as well as close mentorship from highly successful Element Fleet Sales Directors. This will ensure your continued growth and success within our sales organization.
Responsibilities- Prospect into the database to identify leads that fit our Ideal Customer Profile
- Follow up calls with emails to research leads for personalization
- Generate qualified opportunities, assisting in their progress through the sales funnel, generating new revenue
- Work closely with marketing to ensure prospects experience a seamless transition from marketing to sales
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
- Strong financial acumen
- Preferably 2+ years business/professional experience
- Sales profile/DNA; Entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to work under pressure and with a high sense of urgency
- Customer focus and strong skills for building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred
