Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will outbound calls to set appointments for our outside sales representatives. Representative will communicate with potential customers to identify their needs and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and able to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Place outbound calls
  • Identify the needs of a company, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
  • Refer to premade scripts for a variety of sales assistance
  • Introduce products and services when appropriate
  • Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
  • Document all customer interactions
  • Maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
  • Update CRM to indicate client interest, manage new leads, and maintain proper records of lead contacts

Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED

  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
