Military Veterans are highly encouraged to applyEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis is an on-site position in Washington DC.  A Remote (Telework) and/or Hybrid work schedule will not be available.
  • Ensure Project Team is staffed with capable qualified technical resources necessary to deliver services in accordance with the contract requirements.
  • Develop and maintain the project management plans that lay out the products and services to be delivered with key milestones and activities.
  • Develop and execute the communications plan, quality management plan, risk management and mitigation plan, and change and configuration plan.
  • Work with the Stakeholder to identify the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that will be used to assess quality and performance.
  • Ensure all KPI performance metrics are collected, analyzed, and reported to the government stakeholders.
  • Ensure the tasks necessary to operate and maintain the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Oracle Databases that make up the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) environments are performed in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure the tasks necessary to operate and maintain the Tableau Server and Desktop environments are performed in accordance with the SOPs.
  • Ensure all recurring and ad hoc business intelligence reporting is performed in accordance with the SOPs.
  • Participate in and at time facilitate triage and troubleshooting calls to debut, determine root cause, and mitigate issues within the systems and/or reporting.
  • Make recommendations to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Ensure approved enhancements to the business intelligence reporting follow the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): requirements management, requirements analysis, design, development, user acceptance, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with the Government to document and implement change management policies, procedures and processes.
  • Identify and escalate risk in accordance with the risk management plan.
  • Ensure the systems and applications within the EDW are secured in accordance with agency and federal policy and regulations.
  • Gather and report performance metrics weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Facilitate Monthly progress reviews with the government customer and with Team senior leadership. 
 Required Skills and Experience
  • Must have outstanding leadership, management and communication skills.
  • Must have a “Take Charge and Lead” leadership style
  • Ability to effectively work with multiple stakeholders who may have competing priorities
  • Prior federal government Program Management experience
  • 15+ years of experience managing IT service delivery projects and programs of similar size and scale
  • Experience managing large scale data warehousing and data analytic projects utilizing the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Oracle Relational Databases.
  • Experience with dashboarding technologies such as Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Experience with the SAS Linux Platform.
  • Experience planning and performing data and system migrations from on-premise environments to the Cloud.
Professional CertificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) RequiredYears of Professional Experience15+ yearsDesired experiencePrior experience in a federal data warehouse and understanding of government procedures and regulations is preferred.Formal EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or other Engineering technical discipline. 10 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for degreeCitizenship RequirementU.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunitySecurity Clearance RequirementsMust possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) at Tier 2 moderate level of higherCRITICAL NOTES:
