**Technical Program Manager for Global Product Expansion**

About the Role

Amazon Web Services is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to drive functional parity across all AWS Regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a consistent customer experience for all AWS customers through API parity.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and organized team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results. As a Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with Service Teams, Infrastructure, and Business Development to drive toward a consistent customer experience across all AWS Regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Teams to design solutions that make efficient use of resources and technologies.
  • Work with all stakeholders to develop milestones and schedules that ensure functional consistency across regions.
  • Assess risks, anticipate issues, overcome technical obstacles, make difficult trade-off decisions, and balance business needs and technical constraints.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
