Program Analyst

Role Overview:
As a Program Analyst, you will work alongside a team to convert business needs into technical solutions.

Serving as a vital connection between technical and business professionals, you will be tasked with designing and evaluating applications to fulfill business requirements.

This role involves employing maintenance strategies, library management tools, and programming languages to ensure optimal application performance. A bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of relevant experience are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to grasp business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and business professionals to foster effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the design and evaluation of applications to ensure they meet business needs and comply with technical standards.
  • Implement maintenance strategies and library management tools to guarantee the ongoing functionality and efficiency of applications.
  • Utilize programming languages and technical tools as necessary for application development and maintenance.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in application development and maintenance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar capacity, with a focus on translating business requirements and application development.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technical tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Must obtain a public trust clearance.
