Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of our corporate environment, including defining architecture and technology approaches to automate, enhance, and build new functionality for end-user environments.
Key Responsibilities- Own and track team engineering delivery, goals, metrics, and stakeholder management.
- Work closely with business and tech leadership to define product and tech roadmap.
- Solve customer projects by applying technical and problem-solving skills.
- Create and implement automated processes that reduce manual efforts and increase overall efficiency and scalability.
- Engage with and influence key stakeholders and internal teams to ensure compliance, security, and operational functional requirements are met or exceeded.
- Own and lead sprint management activities with our engineers.

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience leading a team of System, Infrastructure, and/or Security engineers as technical lead on large projects.
- Experience leading software development efforts (e.g., Agile) to build automation, testing, and/or monitoring tools using Python, Java, or Ruby.
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs for continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with technical and non-technical peers.
