About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive cross-organizational IT Security, Best Practices, and SDLC Compliance programs across our large and diverse enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive cross-organizational IT Security, Best Practices, and SDLC Compliance programs that align with our business objectives and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with organizational leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution across functional domains.
  • Foster effective collaboration with multiple organizational leaders across a large enterprise, facilitating smooth program adoption and adherence.
  • Align diverse stakeholder perspectives, harmonize discordant views, and build consensus through influence and effective communication.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive wikis, technical guides, and documentation to provide engineering teams with clear and actionable guidance for implementing security best practices, compliance standards, and development life cycle processes.
  • Establish robust metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of various Security, Best Practices, and SDLC Compliance initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder visibility through regular reporting, meetings, and presentations, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Author compelling technical proposals to secure sponsorship and support for the rollout of best practice initiatives across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging technical expertise and business acumen to build a compelling case for adoption.
  • Support and enablement of engineering teams in implementing best practice solutions effectively.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
