Our Indianapolis-based client, Frontier Paper and Packaging, known for their product excellence and innovative packaging solutions, is seeking a driven and successful Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will generate impactful leads, and present Frontier's product lines to potential customers, sharing the innovative solutions that Frontier has used to separate themselves from the competition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate new customers through lead generation, trade shows, and other strategic avenues
  • Strategize new and innovative ways to obtain new customers
  • Develop intentional and continuing relationships with the current customer base as assigned
  • Understand all company products and how they relate to each customer's needs
  • Work cohesively with the purchasing team and all other internal partners
  • Complete an extensive training program to build confidence and ensure success
  • Develop or continue education pertaining to temperature-sensitive packaging, corrugate, plastic films, or other packaging products to stay relevant and up to date on meeting customer needs
  • Report sales updates to company leadership and seek guidance when needed
  • Utilize CRM to record customer updates, interactions, pipeline status, etc. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Previous experience selling temperature-sensitive packaging, corrugate, plastic films, or other packaging products is preferred
  • Experience developing new business relationships 
  • Proven ability to nurture and form positive customer relationships
  • Ability to travel to develop new business when necessary
