Job Role:

  • Drive Sales Numbers.
  • Develop sales opportunities and generate revenue by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information and explanations, and reviewing quotes.
  • Work with product leadership to determine scope, quotes, and scheduling of aircraft.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate maintenance solutions effectively to clients and participate in customer visits to the shop.
  • Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring terms align with company policies and client needs.
  • Perform customer management and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Travel to client sites as needed to build relationships and address specific sales inquiries.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in CRM. (Hubspot)
  • Respond swiftly and courteously to customer inquiries through phone, web, and social channels.
  • Develop a strategic customer travel plan aligned with the capacity build of the business.
  • Attend and represent the business at industry related events as part of a schedule plan.
  • Stay up to date in the company's CRM platform. (HubSpot)
  • Build and present quotes with production support.
  • Serve in a customer service role before and after the customer's aircraft is completed.



Essential Functions and Competencies:

  • Must have a thorough understanding of the aviation business and the ability to discuss our services with customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Must have an immediate book of business to bring to the company.
  • Must have the ability to be on-site outside of planned travel.
  • Must have the ability to attend required business meetings - in person, or video call in, as coordinated.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Applications.
  • Must have the ability to work with a team and thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment with a demonstrated record of achievement. 
  • Must have strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
  • Must have a high level of professionalism and integrity, be highly organized, work well under pressure and have the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must have a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for aviation.
  • Must have the ability to travel on behalf of the company (acceptable driving record, valid driver’s license and car insurance, and ability to travel by air).


Required Education and Experience:

  • A&P is highly valued
  • Direct technical experience is required
  • MRO business jet maintenance sales experience is required
