Started in 2012 by husband and wife team, Blue Line Aviation is a professional pilot school currently located in Smithfield, NC at the Johnston Regional Airport. We strive to push the status quo in flight training while providing quality and innovative training to our students.


We are seeking a social media specialist.


Responsibilities include:

  • Content research, vision, structure, scripting and revisions.
  • Development of systems and procedures.
  • Post content and interact with people on social media.
  • Assist in recording video and taking marketing photos.
  • Assist sales/marketing teams in event planning.
  • Work with the sales team to maximize sales potential through marketing plans and lead generation.
  • Work with other staff on their idea requests.
  • Visual and Graphic design for multiple entities.
  • Brand Storytelling.
  • Makes minor updates on websites on request.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication,

  • Able to work under pressure.


Education, Work Experience, Etc.

  • 1 year marketing and/or content creation experience,
  • High School Degree required – College degree preferred,
  • Aviation knowledge preferred but not required,
  • Apple iOS,
  • Hubspot – preferred,
  • Experience with social media outlets,
  • Microsoft Office.
