Position Overview:

This role entails a balanced approach of remote and in-office engagement. Please consider your commute when applying.

Fidelity is in search of bilingual phone representatives who are eager to assist our clientele in Spanish. Our diverse Spanish teams provide essential financial assistance to customers globally.

All training and onboarding will be conducted in English, with opportunities to transition to our Spanish teams once you have demonstrated proficiency in handling calls in English.

If you are comfortable conversing over the phone in both English and Spanish, this position is tailored for you.


In this customer service capacity, you will empower clients to feel more assured, make informed decisions, and realize their financial aspirations.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks, including addressing inquiries regarding account balances, facilitating withdrawals, transferring funds, and locating resources.

Training and Development:


As a new associate in this customer service role, you will spend the initial months training to become a Financial Customer Associate.

During this period, you will start with basic customer interactions and gradually advance to more complex inquiries and digital communication channels related to our clients' 401K plans.

In the following months, you will continue to support customers through various channels, refining your skills along the way.

There will be designated time during the day for team activities, well-being support, and career coaching.

Additionally, there is an opportunity to obtain your FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses based on your career trajectory.

- Proven ability to build rapport and relationships through effective communication
- Strong listening and empathy skills to assist our diverse clientele
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in different work environments
- Capability to manage a variety of situations and conversations, steering towards mutually beneficial resolutions
- Self-driven team player with vibrant social skills who contributes positively to the team
- Proficient typing skills of at least 40 words per minute and the ability to pass a standard English grammar assessment

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday.

Training hours are set from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, and post-training, you must be available for an 8-hour shift between 8:30 AM and Midnight EST.
