As a Sales Representative at Mighty Dog Roofing, you will play a crucial role in delivering superior service to our customers through effective communication, building relationships, and maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism. With our Watchdog Maintenance Program, we ensure the long-term care and protection of our customers' roofs. Every project we complete is a testament to our commitment to meeting and surpassing the expectations set at the beginning of our customer relationships.

As a Sales Representative, your mission will involve the following three areas:
  • Phase 1 - Prospecting, Canvassing, and Selling: Get ready to hit the ground running You will actively generate leads, pursue referrals, perform property inspections, and establish contingency or service agreements. During the initial one-month training phase, you will receive a base salary while you navigate your personal network to secure appointments, learn and implement our canvassing process to generate leads, and complete our comprehensive onboarding training to ensure your success.
  • Phase 2 - Project Coordination and Contracting: You will collaborate with insurance adjusters, assess project requirements, and create detailed outlines documenting the necessary work and damages for insurance purposes. Your expertise will be vital in formally contracting the job with property owners, ensuring a smooth and seamless process from start to finish.
  • Phase 3 - Estimating, Supplementing, and Expanding Services: Unlock your potential to provide accurate estimates and offer advanced roofing systems. As you develop expertise in estimating and selling other relevant exterior and interior trades such as siding, gutters, and windows, you'll expand your horizons and increase your impact. Your contributions will extend beyond roofing, as you assist in collecting progress payments and final checks from property owners.

You'll actively contribute to our company's success by providing accurate information, customer feedback, and updates to our dedicated Sales Manager. Sales Representative Requirements:
  • GED or High School Diploma equivalent 
  • Have and maintain a Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to climb a ladder and do on roof assessments
  • CRM experience
  • Roofing or Construction Experience preferred but not required
  • Lead Generation through Cold Calling, Canvassing, and Door Knocking
  • Outside Sales experience 
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
 Physical Demands:
