Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production goals and objectives as outlined (with bonus opportunities)
  • Solicit new business through telephone outreach, networking, and various lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and successfully close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other relevant professionals.

Requirements
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Property & Casualty license preferred; training available for the right candidate.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership abilities.
  • Highly driven and goal-oriented.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
